Expect to spend 10-15 minutes with the provider for this adjustment only appointment.

This appointment includes your chiropractic adjustment, muscle work, and wellness coaching paired with an additional bodywork service, as determined by your provider. Expect this appointment to be at least 30 minutes. Additional services can include one of the following: dry needling, cupping, massage, flexibility training/assisted stretch therapy.

For children 17 years of age and under. Please expect this appointment to last approximately 15 minutes.

Standard spinal adjustment for a family of 4 or more at the same scheduled appointment.

Includes 12 visits: initial new patient appointment and 11 additional appointments to use as needed throughout your pregnancy. 

Our recommended schedule:

4-28 weeks- once per month

29-36 weeks- every 2 weeks

37+ weeks- weekly

30-40 minute appointment focused on preparing the body for birth. Includes adjustment, muscle work, stretches, and birth planning. This is especially great for our mothers planning for VBACs or home births.

NEW PATIENTS: For mom, chiropractic adjustments can help realign the spine and pelvis, alleviate pain, and improve posture, aiding in postpartum recovery. For baby, the birth process can cause subtle misalignments in the spine which can potentially cause nervous system issues, leading to colic, difficulty feeding, or developmental delays. 

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS for mom and baby (up to 12 months)

Includes 4 visits: the new patient consult and exam (approx. 45 minutes) and three follow up visits (each 15-20 minutes). We prefer to see patients at least 1-2 times before revision and twice after.
